Contested Divorce

A Contested Divorce is when there is at least one issue (for example: Custody) that the parties have not fully agreed on (the issue(s) have not been finalized to the satisfaction of both parties). Ensure that you have a trusted attorney on your side to protect your legal rights, represent you in Court, and negotiate any legal issues you may have (Child Support, Custody, Visitation, Division of Property, etc…).

UNCONTESTED DIVORCE

An Uncontested Divorce is usually when both parties agree on all issues of the Divorce (Division of Property, etc…).

No-Fault Divorce

A No-Fault Divorce is a ground of Divorce in which the relationship between the parties has irretrievably broken down for at least 6 months.

PUBLICATION DIVORCE

A Publication Divorce is usually when one Divorcing party is having trouble locating their spouse to proceed with the Divorce. We can usually assist in Divorce cases such as this.
