Our last Divorce blog post covered what Child Support is. Click the link right here to read that blog post. Today we will go over what Visitation is.
Visitation at its core is when one parent visits the child or children of the marriage. But what may be sort of at contention is how often and how long that parent gets to visit the child or children of the marriage. And this can sometimes be at the heart of the dispute in Visitation cases.
Mr. Oster has handled Divorce cases where Visitation rights have been argued over. We can help fight for your Visitation rights.
